We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Hence, we will accept any return of full priced, unworn or dissatisfied items within 7 working days from the date you received the product.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 working days after your order is delivered. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. Any items that fail to prove the above will not be accepted for return. Please include the original invoice with your items.
*Note: Personalized and customized products are not eligible for return, exchange and refund.
2 ways to return & exchange:
1. At any Diamond & Platinum showroom (preferred)
Please note that we do not practise cash or credit card refunds. You can exchange for another item of the same value. Shall you choose to exchange with a high value item, the balance should be topped up. A one-time exchange is allowed. Any subsequent exchange will not be entertained.
2. Postage (shipping charges to be borne by customer)
Your order will be refunded in store credit. You may exchange for any item of the same value from our online store. An email with a voucher code will be sent to you for the exchange. We allow free shipping for the one-time exchange.

Package your order
- Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a return, you must provide the original packaging and the invoice. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.
- Shipping & insurance
Ship the item prepaid to the address written below. Please note: for security purposes, do not write Diamond & Platinum or the contents of the package such as jewellery, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box. Notify us on the courier consignment number for tracking purposes. Return shipments and shipping fee are the responsibility of the customer. - Attention to: D&P Customer Service Department

Please allow 14 working days for your return to be processed after we received the package. Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If your item was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid amount will be counted for your return/exchange.
