  • Can I see the product in store before making a purchase?

    Certainly, all products showcased (except for GIA diamonds) in our website are readily available for viewing in our boutiques. We welcome you to visit our boutiques to view the product before making a purchase. In fact, we highly encourage doing so, as it allows our valued customers to appreciate our superior craftsmanship compared to other jewellers before finalising their decision.

    Diamonds exceeding 0.2 carats are typically accompanied by certificates, whether from GIA, IGI, De Beers Forevermark, or in-house certification. Please consult us for more information.

  • How do you ensure the quality of your diamonds?

    All diamonds go through vigorous selection by our in-house graduate gemologists, complemented by international certifications for diamonds above specific sizes.

  • How do I verify if I received the correct diamond?

    For certified diamonds, you will be able to verify your diamond by viewing the inscription on the girdle and cross-referencing it with the number listed on the certificates. Our sales consultants are readily available to assist you with this process whenever required, ensuring transparency and confidence in the authenticity and quality of our diamonds.

    Yes we do provide free resizing service up to 2 sizes for most of our rings. Please visit our boutiques for more details.

  • Can I purchase jewellery without diamonds?

    While we provide jewellery options without diamonds, most of our pieces feature diamonds or gemstones, which are not sold separately.

    If you possess your own diamond or gemstone, we can customise the setting for you.

  • What if I order the wrong size?

    We offer complimentary resizing for all rings, up to 2 sizes within a 2-month period. It is advisable to visit our boutiques for accurate sizing before making a purchase. If this isn't feasible, you may refer to our ring size guide.

  • How are your products packaged for shipping?

    All jewellery is carefully packed in a jewellery box, then placed inside a larger courier box, and wrapped with bubble wrap before being placed into the delivery sleeve. This meticulous process ensures that your jewellery arrives to you in pristine condition, well-protected and undamaged.

  • Will the delivery be insured?

    We prioritise the security and safety of your purchases by offering secured and insured delivery for all orders. Rest assured, your items are protected throughout the shipping process, eliminating any concerns about potential risks. We aim to provide a seamless and worry-free experience, ensuring your peace of mind from purchase to delivery.

    We offer complimentary engraving service for engagement rings and wedding bands. For engraving service for other jewellery pieces, please consult with us as we need to assess available space and character limits. Additional fees may apply for these services.

  • Is it possible to modify an existing design to suit my preferences?

    Definitely, majority of our designs can be modified to align with your preferences. Alternatively, we offer the option to create entirely new designs from scratch, tailored to meet all your specific requirements.

  • How long does it take to create a custom-designed piece?

    For custom-made pieces, the typical timeframe for completion is usually around 14 to 21 business days. Please reach out to us if you require expedited service.
