Our bespoke service is a readily-provided service for our patrons who are interested in having a special design for their jewellery that is not available in our showrooms. This service is personalised whereby our own in-house jewellery designer will be heavily involved, from drawing the jewellery to its manufacturing from scratch. The jewellery outcome will be a completely unique and standalone piece.

Step 1
Design Your Jewellery
This is the most interesting part of the process! We will walk through your ideas and inspirations then offer suggestions based on our expertise. You may have seen some great designs in Pinterest, Instagram or RED. Make sure to save those images and relay them back to us!
Step 2
Choose Your Diamond
Crucial parts when it comes to our bespoke service as diamond is the very soul of your jewellery. Here at Diamond & Platinum, we are proud to be able to offer different options for natural and ethically-sourced diamonds, based on your quality and budget preference.
Step 3
Review Sketches by Our Jewellery Designer
What follows next is your part in reviewing all preliminary sketches that will be provided by our in-house jewellery designer. Iterations are bound to happen but worry not, as this is where we will take care of any last-minute details and changes that you might have before the design is finalised.
Step 4
Your Design Comes to Life
Finally, it’s here! It is now time for you to relish in your new jewellery and wear it with pride. You are, after all, the one who made it happen too. Usually the whole bespoke jewellery process takes approximately 1 month to complete.
