The grand finale of Where Love Begins brought together fashion, bridal couture and fine jewellery against the heritage backdrop of 1926 Heritage Hotel Penang.
On 25th July 2026, Diamond & Platinum proudly served as the official Jewellery Partner for “Where Love Begins”, an exclusive wedding fashion showcase presented by Malaysian fashion house DOUBLEWOOT and luxury bridal atelier Foi Mémoire in Penang.
Hosted at the newly relaunched 1926 Heritage Hotel Penang, The Unlimited Collection by The Ascott Limited, the evening brought together fashion, fine jewellery and heritage in a setting that perfectly reflected Penang’s unique cultural charm. Originally built in 1926 as residences for British colonial officials, the century-old property has been thoughtfully restored into a boutique heritage hotel, preserving its distinctive Anglo-Malay architecture and timeless character.
